There is one prepaid plan with unlimted web. Straight Talk which was just launched at over 3000 Walmart stores offers unlimited web access plus unlimited 411 calls at no extra charge. As far as I know, it’s the only prepaid plan offering unlimited web and the only cell plan that gives you unlimited free 411 calls. At $45 a month I think this is definitely the best deal. The other good thing is Straight Talk runs on the Verizon network so no other prepaid plan can beat the coverage.
