Alabama hires Milton Overton

    TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - Alabama’s athletic department has hired
Milton Overton from Texas A&M for its senior executive staff.
    Athletic director Mal Moore said Monday that Overton will head
the department’s technology division.
    Overton has spent the past seven years as Texas an associate
athletic director at Texas A&M overseeing technology growth and
services.
    He was a four-year starter on the offensive line at the
University of Oklahoma.
