Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Classic roster set

    MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - The 37-member Alabama team has been selected
for the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Classic.
    The annual high school showcase is set for Dec. 12 in Mobile.
    The Alabama team includes 17 players who have verbally committed
to play for Southeastern Conference schools next year.
    The group includes six Alabama Crimson Tide commitments and four
Auburn commitments.
    The team has at least one player from each district and one
player from each classification. All players are current high
school seniors.
