Two Different Worlds

The weather is expected to be quite different today on opposite sides of the state.  Folks in East Alabama should enjoy plenty of sunshine with low humidity and comfortable temperatures while West Alabama will stay underneath of the clouds with higher humidity and even a few showers at times.

There is an upper level disturbance spinning over Arkansas that is providing the clouds and showers for our western counties.  It is not expected to move very much over the weekend, so cloudy periods with the slight chance of a passing shower possible for both Saturday and Sunday.  Temperatures will stay either at or below normal for this time of the year.
