Storms more likely today

A cluster of thunderstorms has moved into Northwest Alabama and held together fairly well this midday.  The area of storms is moving east-southeast and looks to impact areas northeast of a line from Double Springs to Warrior to Pell City to Ashland.  A few strong storms are certainly possible with damaging winds in excess of 60 mph.  Otherwise very heavy rain and a lot of thunder and lightning are expected with these storms too.
