Still looks great through Fireworks time.

It is a pleasant Friday night across the area with rather low humidity and mostly clear skies.  Some high clouds are spreading across the skies of north and central Alabama, but they should thin out overnight, and not be a significant factor.  Temperatures will settle down toward the middle 60’s by daybreak.
Saturday, we celebrate our nation’s birthday, and the weather is going to cooperate.  For pool parties and grilling out during the day, expect plenty of sunshine and high temperatures around 92.  Skies will be mostly sunny and the humidity will remain at moderate levels.  Those humidity values will come up rather dramatically Friday evening, but oherwise the weather will remain fine for area firework’s displays with 9pm temperatures near 82.
Later Saturday night as a front slowly eases toward us from the north there may be an isolated shower or thundershower.  But the better rain chances will come Sunday and Monday when I expect all sections to get at least some rain, and there is a rather good chance area lawns and gardens will get some much needed rain by Tuesday.
