Some afternoon sun

With the warm front lifting north of the area this midday, I do think we will see some sunshine this afternoon with temperatures warming into the 70s.  There could be an isolated shower or two but unlikely that we will see much development today.  The weekend forecast has been very challenging with the models truly flip flopping on the timing of the rain and the cooler temperatures.  Friday looks to be another warm day with highs getting close to 80 degrees and an isolated shower possible.  It appears as if it will be raining when many of us wake up Saturday morning and tapering off by the mid-late afternoon hours.  The forecast does look more optimistic for the trick or treaters Saturday evening with the rain exiting into Georgia by then.  Temperatures do look cooler though for the weekend with highs only in the 60s both days.
