Quiet Wednesday night in progress, but changes due before the weekend gets here.

Temperatures are slowly falling through the 60’s,  and I expect lows overnight near 60.  Dewpoints are running only about 2-3 degrees below the air temperatures, and that means the air is quite damp, and that will facilitate the formation of patchy fog.
Clouds on Thursday will probably give way to a little sunshine, and it will become significantly warmer with highs reaching the middle 80’s.  There could be an afternoon or evening thundershower, but I am not looking for anything widespread.
I can see much of Friday being rainfree as well, and it will be another very warm day with highs at least in the middle 80’s, and it could be even warmer than that.
A very wet front from the west will be crawling our way Friday night, and rain and scattered thunderstorms will gradually spread across the area.  With the front almost on top of us, Saturday looks mighty damp with periods of rain and some scattered thunderstorms.  And that front is moving slowly enough, that showers could linger Sunday as well.
