Nobody’s Complaining About This Weather!

It remains very quiet over most of the lower 48 states right now, and we are enjoying some really great weather here across central Alabama.  I mean you really have to like these mornings, and we have another great one coming up tomorrow.  High pressure is currently in control..but it is a fairly weak high, and that is why we are still dealing with clouds at times.  In fact, those clouds are especially stubborn over eastern areas today, and that is why Anniston was only reading 72 at 5 pm.  The moisture is left over from the front that came through Sunday, and without a big high nearby, we are just not getting the kind of downward motion needed to stir things up and give us clearer skies.  Most areas will be rather clear tonight, but once again some low clouds will be in the skies in the morning, and they may be tough to get rid of, especially over the east.  Otherwise Thursday looks like another fine day.
Not much change on Friday, but we are still talking about some subtle differences for the weekend.  We had been thinking that each day might feature the possibility of a shower..but upon further study, we are now thinking the better chance for a shower will come Sunday.
