T’storms have along the Alabama Missippi border this afternoon and are not moving much to the east.  This is because of a ridge of high pressure has built overhead keeping the storms away.  Western counties could see an isolated storm or two but these will mainly be west of Tuscaloosa.  Dry, wamer weather is expected Thursday with highs going back into the mid/upper 80’s.  Rain chances will increase Friday and especially Saturday.  Evenutally a front will come through later in the weekend bringing less humidy and cooler temperatures early next week.
