Fall weather is coming

While coverage of thunderstorms will not be high over the next few days, the rain is not going away completely.  Showers and thunderstorms will be most prevalent in the western counties for today.  Flash flooding is still possible in some isolated spots with the heavier downpours.  Not as many storms translate into more sunshine and warmer temperatures over the next few days.  Unfortunately the humidity will stay high so it will feel a lot like summer through the end of the week.
Alabama escaped the wet weather during the game last weekend while Auburn got drenched.  Showers and storms look to increase in coverage again come this Saturday so be prepared with the rain gear should you go to either game.  Cooler temperatures and lower humidity will arrive by Monday or Tuesday of next week.
