Cooler Air Spreads Southward
The combined circulation around a huge high pressure area over Nova Scotia and a complex, developing storm east of Wilmington, North Carolina is causing a northerly flow of progressively cooler, drier air into the southeastern states and thats sending our temperatures downward overnight. The past few mornings have seen temperatures reach the 50’s in many areas, but the large urban locations have stayed above 60. Well I think we will see the 50’s uniformly across central Alabama in the morning, and we will then have a repeat performance Thursday night and probably Friday night.
Thursday will be another beautiful day here, though it will be a bit windy. On Friday and Saturday, the east coast storm will probably spread some clouds our way, but I expect the rain to stay east of us.
