Coldest weather of the season

I took a look back at this year, and our forecasted low temperature in Birmingham Monday night is 33…that would make it the coldest temperature observed since back on tax day, or April 15th.  The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Warning for early Tuesday morning basically for all the counties north and east of Birmingham.  There is a Freeze Watch in effect for Wednesday morning for the entire area. So if you miss it tonight, you may well get to freezing Tuesday night.  The last time we officially made it down to freezing in Birmingham was March 25th. 
The only forecast challenge this week will be temperatures.  There are just no major systems showing up anywhere to our west right now, and I expect sunshine by day and clear skies by night right through Saturday or Sunday.
