Break in the rain, but don’t get used to it….the wet weather is far from over.

In the wake of Monday’s thorough soaking, conditions have settled down just a bit, and about the worst we will have overnight is some fog and drizzle.  And I am not looking for much action during the day Tuesday, either, though there could be a shower.  Unfortunately, all the evidence points to another low pressure riding through central Alabama late Tuesday night and into Wednesday, and that will mean more rain.  And the computer forecast guidance arriving this evening, strongly suggests rainfall totals could be heavy again with another potentially messy morning rush hour coming Wednesday.  Once again there will be a break after that for awhile before yet another low pressure brings more rain for Thursday.
Finally after that one will come a change in the weather pattern, as Canadian air will rush southward, putting an end to the rain, and making it feel much cooler around here.
