From the Middle of Nowhere

It is Monday morning in Dubai.  My stay so far has been unforgettable.  I have enjoyed the beauty of the Arabian gulf and it’s adjacent creek that leads into the City.  I woke up Sunday morning and decided it was time to change the scenery.  Within an hour’s drive I was away from the beautiful coastal city and found myself in the Arabian Desert.  Practically in the middle of nowhere!

Yesterday’s adventure was amazing-I cannot imagine surviving in such harsh conditions.  I understand why they call this a place of contrasts!
