Cooler Trend Aheadh

It has been another very warm day with a high in Birmingham of 87 so far.  That’s just 1 degree shy of today’s record high.  A slow cooling trend will begin Sunday with highs still in the mid 80’s.  Rain chances will return by Wednesday with highs back into the low 80’s by then.  The humidity will trend a bit higher, so it may not feel any cooler than it does now.  Rain chances will continue into Thursday, but it will not be widespread.  Just a few t’storms will develop ahead of a weak cold front slipping into Alabama.
