Here We Go, Yo…

Well, I’m finally taking the plunge.

I’ve been considering writing a blog for NBC13.com for several months now, but I had a lot of burning questions tearing me up inside:

-What if people don’t think I’m as funny as I think I am?

-What if I write something that could get me fired?

-If you write a blog and absolutely no one reads it, wouldn’t my time have been better spent sleeping?

-What if don’t really have anything important to say?

Then I realized that hasn’t stopped anyone else who writes a blog, so what the heck, right?!?

So here we go…

One of my greatest job pleasures is getting to know the fantastic people I put in my stories for NBC13 HD News.  But when do you ever get to know anything about me?

It’s time to change that, so I present to you “About Me,” just like those annoying emails you get from your friends while you’re trying to work.  (Some questions have been removed for privacy reasons)

TV Show?  The Office (NBC).  People who say “British Version” are just being pretentious.  There were, like, eight episodes of the British version.  The NBC version surpassed the British version long ago.  Don’t let anyone tell you differently.

What was your favorite childhood television program?  Sesame Street.  It’s why I’m so smart today.

Are you a collector of anything?  I try to collect U.S. currency, but I’m not very good at it.
