Southern Summer Night at Vulcan Park

ABOUT THE EVENT
Southern Summer Night will be held on July 31, 2009 at Vulcan Park. The event begins at 7pm.  Junior Board of Directors for Hands On Birmingham, presents the Fifth Annual Southern Summer Night event. Southern Summer Night is a chic fundraiser to benefit Hands On Birmingham’s year-round programming, with ticket prices starting at $25. The event is attended by approximately 200+ young professionals, in the 25-39 age range. Guests will enjoy an open bar, tasty hors d’oeuvres, thrilling entertainment, and an alluring silent auction.

ABOUT HANDS ON BIRMINGHAM
Last year alone, Hands On Birmingham mobilized 5,500+ volunteers at over 250 social service agencies, homeless shelters, public schools, and other deserving organizations to improve the lives of thousands of disadvantaged Birminghamians.  Hands On Birmingham is the premier volunteer center in Birmingham with services available to all Central Alabama residents and companies.
