Description: 
Mountain Marketplace will feature a unique blend of artists and vendors showcasing their art and merchandise.  A variety of mediums will be represented, including watercolor, oil and acrylic paintings, ceramics, stained glass, handcrafted jewelry, yard art, children’s clothing, fair trade items, t-shirts and much much more.  This will be a great opportunity to find that perfect gift for Mother’s Day, Graduation and Father’s Day or a special treat for yourself.
Artists & Vendors include (but not limited to):
Brian Bohanan – Folk Art
Coley Stained Glass – Beautiful stained glass items
Rachel’s Gardens – Pressed & Dried Flower Art & Gifts
Non Perishable Fruits & More - Wooden bowls, serving dishes, utensils by Steven Febres
Mahala Mckinney – Paintings
Sojourns – Handmade unique items made in developing countries.  From baskets to jewelry, tapestries to chocolate and much more.
Nancy Hammond – Fine and Sterling handmade jewelry
Inspirals Handcrafted Wearable Art – Handcrafted, intricate wire jewelry featuring genuine stones and the signature spiral design.
Kandis Scudder – Sterling silver wired worked jewelry completely handmade using nature, Celtic & Christian themes.
Louise Hewlett – Handcrafted jewelry from cut & polished stones and fossils using sterling silver or 14 k gold filled wire creating a unique setting for each stone.
Sweet Dreams Designs – Handmade clothing for children including monogrammed & appliquéd items.
We’re N Stitches – Appliqued children’s clothing, monogrammed bags, wall hangings and gift items.
Rosie Webb Bags – Purses and totes made from silk/satin/burlap, velvet and vintage fabrics.
Just for Boys – Custom clothing for boys.
Laurie Parker – Author of children’s books such as A for Angels (will be signing books at the event).  Laurie is also a collage artists selling pints, prints and canvases.
ConnorClaire Frames – Handcrafted, distressed frames
Pam Beck Mangham – Unique birdfeeders handcrafted from found items, i.e. silver trays, pipes and wire.
BB’s Bread – Homemade Sourdough Bread
Benefits:
Proceeds benefit the discretionary fund.  The discretionary fund is used for those in need in our community and may provide money for heat, groceries, diapers, rent, house payments, medicine etc.  In our current economy this could mean the difference in having a home or being homeless, being fed or being hungry.
Additional Information:
The event is indoors and admission is free.
