Brio Tuscan Grilled Pork Chops
2 pork chops
3 spears asparagus
as needed-oil
as needed- salt and pepper mix
1 red pepper piece, roasted
4 oz mashed potatoes
1/2 oz herb butter sauce
Cook pork chops under broiler until desired temperature is reached. Drizzle asparagus with oil,season with salt and pepper. Placed mashed potatoes in left of medium oval plate. Place asparagus and pepper on potatoes, lay pork chops on right side of plate. Place herb butter over pork.
