It’s time for the yummiest event of the year in Homewood…the 5th Annual EXCEPTIONAL FOUNDATION CHILI COOK-OFF.  Please join us on Saturday, March 7th at the foundation from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.  There will be live music, lots of fun, and all the chili your stomach can stand!  Don’t forget the tums!  Tickets are only $10 in advance and $15 at the door.  Kids 12 and under get in free!  Bring the entire family.  Saturday is supposed to be a gorgeous day to be outside and spend time with your family and friends…all while helping a wonderful organization!

March is colon cancer awarness month!  We are spreading the word by encouraging you to put on your running shoes and take part in the first ever RUMP SHAKER 5K.  You have plenty of time to train.  The run/walk 3.1 mile event is Saturday, March 28th at 8 a.m. and a fun 1 mile run afterward.  For registration information and more details click on the link below.  I’ll see you there!!!
