We’re in the Daytime Kitchen with Brio Tuscan Grill making Chicken Milanese.
Chicken Milanese Pomodoro Recipe
1 Romano Chicken Breast
1 oz fresh mozzarella slices
4 oz Pomodoro/Herb Butter Sauce
7 oz Herb Spaghetti
Deep fry chicken breast until golden brown and place on side of platter
place fresh mozzarella in center of chicken.
Place in oven to melt.
In a rimless bowl, place pomodoro sauce on the bottom.
Place herb spaghetti in the center,
Place chicken on pasta.
Garnish with parsley.

You know what they say, you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs! Today we’re in the Daytime Kitchen with Recipe Developer Alison Lewis, President of Ingredients, Inc. http://www.ingredientsinc.net
Recipe for Leigh’s Omelet
This satisfying entrée for one is good for any meal, from breakfast to dinner. Serve with fruit salad.
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 omelet)
Ingredients
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 large egg whites
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
1. Sauté mushrooms in a lightly greased medium skillet 3 minutes or until tender.
2. Combine eggs, salt and pepper in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
3. Heat butter in a medium nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into pan; let egg mixture set slightly. Tilt pan and carefully lift edges of omelet with a spatula; allow uncooked portion to flow underneath cooked portion. Cook 3 minutes; flip omelet. Spoon mushrooms, basil and cheese onto half of omelet. Carefully loosen omelet with a spatula; fold in half. Cook 1 minute or until cheese melts. Slide omelet onto a plate; cut in half.
Four Ingredient Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Prep: 5 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
2 (6-ounce) containers nonfat vanilla yogurt (I used Dannons)
11/2 cups fresh strawberries
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons honey
2 cup crushed ice
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend until smooth.
