We introduce you to Lucy, a sweet pup in need of a forever home.  Chris Mize is back this week…giving us tips on how to protect our bodies from predators.  There’s lots more….

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!  On today’s show we make crafts on a budget, look at period pieces at Levy’s, make chocolate meringues,and talk to the legal guy. 

Day 11 of our new show is a wrap!  Thank you to everyone who participated!

Day 7 or our show! Today we are talking to Ike Gulas about recalled food, making crab cakes at the Veranda, learning more about the special kids of the Heart Gallery that need a forever home, and checking out unique spa treatments at Fusion Spa in Homewood. 

On day 6 of our show, we’re making grilled pork chops from Brio, getting our speech tested at Belton, showing you one of the hottest trucks on the road, and previewing the broadway hit, Cirque Dreams Jungle Fantasy.

It’s Day 5 of Daytime Alabama…the end of our very first week!  Thanks to our guest…McWane Science Center, Landscape Designer Darby Quinn, Saturday Gourmet, and Riverchase Day School. 

Day 4 of Daytime features King Crab from the Deadliest Catch, sweet Sandy from the Shelby County Humane Society, working out with Roger Shultz, and legal advice from Ike Gulas. 

It’s day 3 of our show!  Today we talk to A-lister Lisa Rinna about her brand new work-out/dance DVDs.  We’re in the Daytime Kitchen at the Village Tavern making yummy seafood stew.  We also talk to a representative from Children’s Hospital about the National Baby Search in Birmingham and we preview the Hoover Arts Alliance event going on this Friday and Saturday night!

It’s day 2 of our brand new show.  Today we are talking about Crunk Fitness, Multiple Sclerosis awareness week, how to make a heart healthy breakfast, and of course, every Tuesday and Thursday is our Legal Guy segment!

Our first show has aired.  Thanks to everyone that participated!!! 

This sweet adventure has everything… It’s a great mix of fun, eccentric characters, colorful images exciting choreography, magical sets and atriumphant happy ending!  The ballet is set to the music of Humperdink’s masterpiece which features rich orchestrations and memorable melodies.
