Blog Update: “All You” now all online?

Back in June, I introduced you to a new favorite magazine: “All You.“  It’s full of money-saving advice and coupons.  Its website had all the same great articles—WITHOUT the coupons!  I thought it was a great margeting ploy to keep the magazine circulating ... but apparently the magazine’s publisher doesn’t feel the same way.  “All You“ recently upgraded its website, and guess what one of the new features is?  You got it—COUPONS.  Right after I bought a two-year subscription (highly discounted, of course).

It looks like a majority of the coupons do come from a coupon source like the Coupon Mom, but there are several that claim to be “All You” exclusives.  The coupon values look to be close, if not a little more, than the magazine value too.  So if you prefer going online to print out your coupons as opposed to clipping them from a physical magazine, this could be your best bet.

I do want to offer one bit of caution:  keep in mind the cost of printing your own!  Maybe you’ll end up saving a few cents in the short term, but you also have to keep your printer maintained (including ink, paper, and the printer itself).  I print a few coupons myself, but I’ll still invest in the paper magazine ... mainly because I don’t want to kill my printer and spend a fortune on paper and ink!
