PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) - Attorneys say an Indiana money manager will plead guilty to charges of crashing an airplane near a Florida Panhandle neighborhood in a botched attempt to fake his own death.

Marcus Schrenker, an Indiana financial manager who surfaced in Alabama after a plane crash is expected to remain hospitalized until early next week.

The man who was arrested after jumping out of his plane in midflight over Alabama remains in the hospital.

Federal Prosecutors have filed charges against Indiana pilot Marcus Schrenker for making a bogus distress call and are asking him to repay the government $38,000 for resources to used to try and find him.

U.S. Marshal Martin Keely tell NBC13 HD that Indiana pilot Marcus Schrenker was bleeding when marshals found him moaning in tent at Florida campground Tuesday night.
