Update: Woman dead in Birmingham car accident

A woman has died in a serious two-car accident in Birmingham this morning.
The accident happened about 9:30 a.m. CT at 931 Avenue W in Pratt City.
Witnesses on the scene said the woman was trapped underneath the wreckage.
The victim in the wreck has not yet been identified.
