BIRMINGHAM, Ala—In the midst of developing information regarding cases of Swine flu in the United States, The University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Dr. Josh Klapow offers tips on how to deal with mental stress.
An expert with UAB’s School of Public Health and South Central Center for Public Health Preparedness Dr. Klapow recommends that people should limit the amount of media exposure about the Swine flu if they are experiencing a heighted sense of fear or anxiety as a result of receiving too much information.
