UPDATE:  Several Dead In Alabama Prison Van Crash

As many as four persons have reportedly been killed in an accident involving a state prison van and a tractor-trailer truck near Montgomery.  State Troopers say an Alabama prison system van carrying job applicants collided with the big truck on highway 82, southeast of Montgomery just before 6am today.

State troopers say all of those killed were in the van.  The driver of the truck was taken to a Montgomery hospital.  The highway was blocked for three miles in both directions, due to the accident, which occured about 20 miles southeast of Montgomery.
