U.S. Pipe plant closing in North Birmingham

The U.S. Pipe manufacturing plant in North Birmingham is closing, which will put 260 people out of work.
The plant is scheduled to close by March 31st.
Production from that plant will be handled by the Bessemer plant, and one in California.
