Two northeast Georgia men have pleaded
guilty to moonshine charges, and one admitted an illegal gun sale.

Alvin Ronald Gary of Commerce pleaded guilty Wednesday in
federal court in Gainesville to one count of selling a gun to a
convicted felon and one count of selling untaxed liquor. Douglas
Arthur Moore of Nicholson, who is 66, pleaded guilty to one count
of selling moonshine.

Federal prosecutors agreed to dismiss seven other gun charges
facing the 62-year-old Gary.

A sentencing date has not been set.
