TUSCALOOSA, Ala.—A 22 year old male suspect turned himself in to the Tuscaloosa Police Department for allegedly shooting another male following an argument.

LaDarius Jamon Marshall, 22, of Tuscaloosa turned himself into the Tuscaloosa Police Department Monday afternoon.

Marshall is currently in the Tuscaloosa County Jail charged with Attempted Murder pending $15,000 bail.

LaDarius Jamon Marshall, 22, was involved in a verbal argument with two other males in the 1300 block of 37th Street East just before 12 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2008.

Shots were fired by one of the individuals who then fled the scene.

The victim was transported to DCH Regional Medical Center with multiple gunshot wounds.
