Tuscaloosa man arrested in rape investigation involving a 14-year-old

A Tuscaloosa man has been charged in a rape investigation involving a 14 year old.
Tuscaloosa Police Juvenile Investigators have charged Christopher Destarius Spencer, 20, with Rape in the Second Degree.
Spencer turned himself in to Juvenile Investigators at the Tuscaloosa Police Department.
Spencer was placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail pending a $5,000.00 Bond.
The investigation was initiated after a report was taken involving a victim that was14 years old at the time of the incident back in September of 2008.
