Talladega County Schools To Dismiss At 12:45 p.m. Today

NBC13HD News has learned that all schools in the Talladega County School System and the Talladega City School System will dismiss early.
Mr. Dan Payant says Talladega County schools will dismiss at 12:45 p.m. Thursday.
Phyllis Large of Talladega City Schools says they will dismiss at 1 p.m. Thursday.
School buses will run their routes.
The early dismissal is due to the threat of severe weather, expected to arrive in that area about 12:30 p.m.
Today is both systems’ first day of school.
