SWAT Team Blocks Off Streets In Birmingham

SWAT members are in action, as streets are closed off in Birmingham.
Officials on the scene say there is an apparent hostage situation happening on Francis Street.
The incident began shortly after lunchtime Tuesday, September 16, 2008.
Police officers have blocked off several blocks around the area.
It is believed a gunman is inside, with someone else.
