South Carolina Deputy Fired for Beating Teen;Caught on Dashcam Video

  A South Carolina deputy has lost his job after beating a teenager.
  It was caught on the deputy’s dashcam..
  Deputy Brian Tollison punched 18-year-old Jeremy Rucker 13 times undercover deputies had just pulled the driver of the truck over at a drug hang-out.  the driver got away, but Rucker obviously didn’t.
  Deputies were trying to take the 18 year old into custody because they said he had drugs on him.
After an internal investigation, the sheriff fired the deputy.
  The teenager’s attorney has a civil rights complaint pending with the U-S Department of Justice.
