Federal agents are requesting help in locating a serial bank robber, called the “Granddad Bandit.“

The suspect is accused of robbing banks in at least seven states, including Alabama.

The bandit began his spree in Houston in April 2009, and robbed banks in Atlanta, Ga.; Roanoke, Va.; Little Rock, Ark.; Dallas, Texas; and Syracuse, N.Y.

The suspect is about 50 to 60 years old, and the robber quietly presents a demand note to the victim teller, and leaves the bank without disruption.

There is a $10,000 reward being offered.
