Rape suspect arrested in Tuscaloosa, Alabama

From Tuscaloosa Police:
Investigators with the Youth Aid Division of the Tuscaloosa Police Department have arrested a 41
year old male in connection with the rape of a 14 year old girl.
William Earl Shaw (DOB 01/17/1968) was indicted by Grand Jury on a charge of Rape II. He was
arrested and placed in the Tuscaloosa Metro Jail on a bond of $20,000.
Shaw reportedly had sexual relations with the juvenile on multiple occasions beginning in August
of 2008.
