Person Shot In Birmingham

A person is getting medical treatment, after being shot in Birmingham.
It happened just after 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 16, 2008, on Francis Street.
A Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service dispatcher says the victim was transported to UAB Hospital.
The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.
