National housing numbers show better news

The national housing market is beginning to stabilize according to data released today.
Housing prices still declined in April but not as much as they had in previous
months.
Prices were off at an annual rate of just over 18-percent which means home
values are now what they were in 2003.
But April marked the third straight month that did not set a record price
decline.
