JASPER, Ala. (AP) - A 32-year-old Jasper man has been arrested in the shooting death of another man during an argument.

Walker County Sheriff John Mark Tirey says he expects formal charges will be filed Tuesday against Shannon Bray in the shooting death of 36-year-old Marcus Wayne Robertson of Carbon Hill.

Tirey says the shooting occurred Friday evening at a Jasper residence. The victim’s body had been moved in a pickup truck and dumped in woods in the McCollum community. It was found around midnight.

Tirey says Bray was arrested Saturday when he returned to the shooting scene.
