Councilman To Meet With Birmingham Southside Merchants About Safety

Next week, Birmingham City Councilor William Bell and members of the Public Safety Committee will meet with the Five Points South Neighborhood Association to discuss a public safety campaign for that area.

A recent double murder has many concerned about the image of the area.
