Cocktails in The Gardens on October 23 to Feature 2008 BAMA Winner Act of Congress

Birmingham Botanical Gardens proudly presents the second of three Cocktails in The Gardens events, featuring a performance from 2008 Birmingham Area Music Award winner Act of Congress.

The foursome won the BAMA for best Country/Bluegrass band. Sour Cherry Slings is the theme of the see-and-be-seen mixer, highlighted by themed hors d’oeuvres and signature drinks from A Social Affair.

Nearly 500 came to the first event on September 4 which included a live performance from Sweet Saint Caroline.

Admission is free for members of Birmingham Botanical Gardens and $10 for non-members.
