Alabaster Police Make Arrest In Fake Bomb Situation

An arrest has been made in fake bomb situation in Alabaster.
The Alabaster Police Department says James Payton Hutchens was arrested, following the scenario which happened last week outside the Best Buy store in Alabaster.
Hutchens has been charged with Making a Terrorist Threat, and is in the Shelby County Jail.
