RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) -- The autopsy report on the slain student body president at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will be released at the end of June.

Orange County District Attorney Jim Woodall said Wednesday he originally asked the report on the death of Eve Carson remain under seal for 60 days, or until June 30.

Woodall said he does not intend to ask that the report remain sealed after that date, and neither do the lawyers for the two defendants charged in her death.

Carson's body was found March 5 on a residential street in Chapel Hill about a mile from campus. She had been shot several times, including once in the head.

Authorities have charged 21-year-old Demario Atwater and 17-year-old Laurence Lovette with first-degree murder.
