New details about the case against the man accused of killing an Auburn University student.
Alleged shooter Courtney Lockhart pleads not guilty to capital murder charges and a robbery charge.
On March 4, 18 year old Lauren Burk's body, was found near Auburn’s main campus.
Investigators say Lockhart kidnapped Burk from campus, then robbed and shot her.
Lockhart originally plead guilty earlier this year.
The judge is allowing Lockhart to change his plea by reason of mental disease.
