Judge Orders Richard Scrushy Back To Birmingham

Former Healthsouth C.E.O. Richard Scrushy is returning to Birmingham.
A Federal Magistrate has ruled Scrushy must return to Alabama to give depositions in civil suits against him.
Scrushy is in a federal prison in Beaumont, Texas.
He was convicted in 2006 on unrelated criminal charges.
Scrushy's attorneys are fighting the ruling because he does not want to be held in the Shelby County Jail.
Scrushy’s attorney Martin Adams is working on an appeal right now.
If he wins, attorneys would have to go to Beaumont, Texas to take the deposition.
