COURTS: Clyde Jones wins Demo nod for Place 1 on criminal appeals court, while GOP's Beth Kellum and Lucie McLemore are in a runoff to oppose him; Mary Windom wins GOP nomination and Aimee Cobb Smith the Democratic nomination for Place 2.
