A man faces several charges for allegedly stealing copper from city vehicles.
Jefferson County deputies arrested 28-year-old Jeffrey Reed.
Reed allegedly stole copper tubing from two Birmingham Water Works trucks.
Deputies say reed has a history of burglary charges.
