Grilled Summer Peaches
Served with a
Candied Ginger and Fresh Mint Sour Cream Dipping Sauce

Yield: 6 portions

Ingredients
6 ea Peaches, fresh, halved, pitted
3 T Honey
6 T Sour cream
2 T Candied ginger, minced
2 T Mint, fresh, minced

Method
Drizzle cut side of peaches with honey and broil until the sugars are caramelized and bubbly.
Combine the sour cream, candied ginger and fresh mint.
Serve a dollop of the sauce with each of the peaches.
