Cheese Grits

1 cup Quick cooking grits
3 cups Boiling water
1 stick Butter
4 Eggs
1 cup Milk
2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese grated
Salt and pepper to taste
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Cook 1 cup of grits in three cups of boiling water. Cook over medium heat until very thick. Remove from heat and add butter. Stir
until melted. Add salt and pepper. Stir eggs into milk and add them to the grits. Add the grated cheese reserving 1/2 cup to sprinkle
on the top. Pour grit mixture into a greased 3 quart casserole dish and add remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at
350 degrees F.
